My change PC Settings only have the windows update and users options....all other options like devices,share and others are missing.......

Does the issue occur just after the installation or after some changes?

not just after installation....don't know after what changes it occurred... i noticed it suddenly......

even after creating the new  account the error is still there......

Please try the following:

1. As it worked before, you may try to get back to the good status with System Restore and see it works.

2. Run SFC /scannow command and check the system.

If the issue persists, please also try the option Refresh your PC without affecting your files
